Penjelasan Tidak bisa dibukanya website oleh beberapa isp

Berikut penjelasan mengapa banyak situs yang tidak bisa diakses oleh beberapa ISP.
Berdasar hasil perbincangan dengan "master"nya noc indonesia, ternyata diketahui penyebabnya adalah gangguan DNS route yang di indonesia.
DNS route yang mengalami gangguan ini dipakai isp CBN, IndoNet, telkom (sebagian) dan Indosat (beberapa).
Kami mohon yang mengalami gangguan hingga saat ini tidak bisa membuka websitenya kirim email ke bayo@singcat.com ( bukan ke milis ) untuk dilaporkan nama website yang tidak bisa diakses dan isp yang dipakai dengan detail, dial up, adls, kable dan lain lain.

trus, kalo subdomain ga bisa di akses sedangkan domain bisa, itu masalahnya apa yah?

Kalau kasusnya kayak gitu, menurut analisa dan pengamatan saya, ditambah pengalaman saya bertahun-tahun (ciyee) di bidang jual-beli domba potong (lho..???)…. biasanya masalah update record dns yang agak lama. Coba pake utility ‘dig’ di unix/linux untuk melihat interval refresh dns. Butuh waktu segitu supaya record dns disalin sama ISP yang bersangkutan.
